Shipping and Returns
Free two-day UK delivery for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday-Friday.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Hypnos to request a return. The mat needs to be in its original condition, but can be out of packaging (we want you to be able to try it first). You’ll also need to let us know your order reference number.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your order for any reason at all, please let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll do everything we can to make things right.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your mat when you get it and contact us immediately if there's something wrong with it so we can make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
